Fantastiskt I wish we could have stayed longer but even one night was great.
We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. From the moment we arrived, Grégoire went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

I had a wonderful stay in at Maison Carl B&B.
The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed.
The area is absolutely charming, and it's just a short drive to all the beautiful attractions nearby.
Highly recommend staying here!

The pictures did not match the room we slept in. The pillowcases and sheets and lines were smelling human sweat. We did not access to any amenities. The room was not killing, and the windows are open to the street, which was very noisy. There was no accommodation for early breakfast and nobody was available at the property to help us regarding any issues or questions.

We had an excellent stay at the bnb, very clean, beautiful room, with decent temperature control. Close to amenities. Friendly host. Definitely recommend this as great stay in La Colle-sur-Loup

What a wonderful place. A 300 year old family home in a series of quaint alleys with 6 or 8 restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing and such a value, homemade bread and pastries made that morning by Gregoria the host. I already want to go back!

This bed and breakfast is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures. The listing gives the impression of a charming and well-kept place, but the reality was extremely disappointing.
Upon arrival, there is no one to welcome you. Instead, we rang a bell and talked to someone via an intercom. The keys are simply left in the room. The moment we entered, we were hit by a strong sewer smell that made the space feel immediately unpleasant.
It only got worse from there. The sheets and couch were visibly stained, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. It was clear the place is not being maintained properly. We were shocked that this property has such a high rating on Hotels.com—it is by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever been to.
We ended up leaving because the conditions were unacceptable and nothing like what we had booked based on the listing. When we requested a refund, the host was rude and refused to reimburse us. The host told us that the rates reflect the condition of the place. At $200 per night, I would really expect much better.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. It’s misleading, dirty, and not worth the bad experience.
