All the staff were great! We had no complaints. We had a great quiet experience.

Pillows and sheets had mold on them because it was so humid in my room. I asked for them to replace them and the next day I flipped them over to discover those were molded too! They don’t bother to clean their beach front it’s filled with seaweed so it really takes away from the white sand fantasy I had when I booked the trip. The towels were dingy, looks like they were white years ago but now beige. I had the Lagoon view. The hot water went out completely and a service man came to repair it promptly. Upkeep in general not good. Rusted spots in multiple places, chips in floor tile, stained grounds outside, bad patch jobs on the walls The room was so humid it welted my passport Cheap plastic patio furniture on the patio for the lagoon view room. Steakhouse restaraunt was off the water beautiful view but the fans were broke so it was muggy and my waiter was dripping in sweat , very unsanitary. Servers wear hairnets . The food is actually pretty good for a resort. No top shelf liquor offerings at the bars only cheap well liquor. Not a terrible place but expect a budget friendly experience here. The humidity in the room was absolutely unbearable for me, I considered just finding a nearby place to stay instead but I stuck the wet nights and the molded sheets out. Yuck! Poole also closed at 7pm

As soon as you walk into the resort it smells very clean and greeted by friendly staff. Our room was very clean with a great view. The food selection was nice and we enjoyed the coffee shop in the morning and every evening. Thank you to the friendly staff that made our stay more enjoyable!

Beautiful property my room was convenient to everything. The omelette lady was excellent. At the breakfast room in the adults only dining. Drinks were excellent all the bartenders made a great White Russian. Now the bed is a little hard. Shower didn’t have hot or warm water. The grill by the pool adults area didn’t replenish food often. The lady wasn’t approachable so we went to royal grill. Dinner was okay. Parasailing is right on our beach. Volleyball in the pool was FUN Water aerobics was fun as well. Pizza was good.

The buffet food was average at best. The pool/bar staff was excellent.

The room was clean , the staff were polite and food was delicious! Love this place!

Day or night rain or shine the ocean view was incredible. The deluxe room was very spacious and had a little breakfast nook. The room was very clean and well maintained. The AC was perfect. At other resorts we had to wait for the room to be cooled but not here. The food prepared on the adults only side was in small batches and always fresh. The deli open until 3am is a lifesaver for late snacking. The pool was well maintained and vigilant about maintaining it adults only. Love the romantic swing couch in the main lobby. It was one of my favorite places to relax. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

I am giving my honest review. The hotel itself was very clean all the employees where on it anytime it rained always cleaning the resort and loved that. It was very private and small loved that as well the one thing is it had 2 hot tubs and didn’t work the first 4 days and they finally fixed after I brought it to their attention. Also I am a big foodie person the food was so flavorless and the portions ridiculous like a 3 year old was eating I was not impressed there was only 2 places we made reservations that was good the Tavo Asian and the Veneto Italian was good. I just wish they would do more Mexican food being we are in Mexico no hot sauces no salsas. The best food other then the special restaurants was the snack bar by pool but 3 of those days I seen birds grabbing foods from inside and no one shoo them away, then one of the employees was sticking her hand in there eating out of the snack bar. I am not trying to eat after bird or get sick and it’s unhealthy and insanitary. The best breakfast was the cafe in the hotel I looked forward to that every morning because it was the only good food we got. I will tell you Alberto needs a golden start very attentive and was always tending to anything we needed at breakfast. The beach let me tell you was amazing minis the storms and winds but other then us getting bad weather 4 days I’d love to go back to this beach area but maybe not to the same Resort. We love to check out different resorts over all I’d give it a 7 out of 10
