Overall, I’d give this stay about a C+ to B-. It wasn’t a luxury hotel, but I wasn’t expecting one either. It actually reminded me of the family road trips of the late eighties and early nineties. It’s a basic, budget-friendly place that gives you what you pay for. The room had the essential amenities, and while there wasn’t daily room service, I was able to get fresh towels from the front desk when I needed them. The pool was fine for cooling off, and the spa could have used a little more water and better maintenance, but it was still usable. The complimentary coffee in the lounge was a nice touch, although other food and drink options were limited to vending machines. We stayed here mainly because we were visiting SeaWorld and wanted an affordable place to sleep, and for that purpose it worked well. If you’re looking for a clean, low-cost hotel for a night or two, it’s a reasonable choice. For a longer weekend getaway, I’d probably spend a little more for additional amenities and comfort. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but that’s more because I’d like to try a different hotel next time rather than because I had a bad experience. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price.

It is ok, maybe I found it a little expensive for the type of hotel.

Room was clean, pet friendly- basic. Ton of people staying the weekend we were there and just a tiny pool/hot tub- very crowded parking lot- right on the freeway. would probably not stay again

Not a great area. The room was "OK". Bathroom was gross. Carpet was gross.

Stayed on a weekday in summer and it was pretty packed. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. There is a breakfast room with free coffee and creamer and vending machines if you’re hungry. Pool area was ok but lots of families with little kids using it (I know, what do you expect?!?) and the water was cloudy. Lots of chaise lounges and a few outdoor seating areas. Wi-Fi seems to have been maxed out in the evenings.

Everything was good! I really liked it

The room was fine and the free coffee was good. The only complaint is how noisy it is. We had family over us and it sounded like they were doing relay races at 2 am.

WiFi was awful and my car was broken into and some items stolen. However, staff was kind and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was awesome. They cleaned the rooms and replaced the towels daily. The pool was pretty cloudy but in fairness there was a softball tournament and the parents took the kids to jump in with their clothes while we were there. It’s possible that it wasn’t the first time.
