Location was ok. I couldn't go anywhere there seems to have not much around the area and the subway was confusing. Hotel.was clean and nice staff. The obon festival.was ok. Just crowded.

Very friendly and professional staff. Extremely welcoming environment, clean and well kept rooms. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety and also in a great location steps from the subway.

Very clean hotel with an AMAZING LOCATION! The streets are nice and quiet and very close to both a 7/11 and family mart for snacks. Hanzomon station is quite literally in-front of the hotel so very convenient travel, Shibuya is just 4 stops away!

Property was very nice and breakfast was great. I would say that the Honzomon area is not the most hopping neighborhood, if that is what you are looking for, but the hotel is across the street from the train so Tokyo is at your fingertips. Otherwise the hotel itself was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly

The hotel was very clean and the staff upgraded my room when I arrived which made my stay really comfortable. The location is excellent, really close to the Hanzomon metro station. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
