The staff was very helpful and well organized. Even though the hotel is very old but they kept the place so clean.The breakfast buffet needs more selection.But overall it is a good place to stay 👍

The Breakfast Buffet was DELISH they have variety of foods to choose from. The customer service and Staff are exceptional. My Family had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

The room was awful and very dirty. The carpet was dingy, stain, you can see cuts of improvement. The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. This Manila Hotel is overrated and overpriced because it’s historic.
