Nice hotel that has the potential to be very nice. It was overall a very nice stay. Bathrooms and rooms were clean, slippers provided, and nice fragrances in the elevator and rooms I would stay here again. Note/ spa was not working, water was leaking from the ceiling in the gym (I saw the water drip, and you could see where the floor was warped in other locations), bathroom ceilings had water damage.

The room was nice and big enough, however , there was no hot water on the 2nd day, so we have to shower with cold water! The location is convenient with lots of restaurants around.

Great location but the reception desk located on third floor was inconvenient and the ground floor cafe opened late and closed early. The shower walls need updating and the powder room in our Triple bed unit smelled like cigarettes. If these items are updated, I would definitely return and recommend to others!

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would have. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and patient with our questions. They provided us with drinks as VIP expedia members as well, which was nice of them. The hotel itself is located minutes away from the subway and bus stations, which provides an easier time going to various places. This is important since Busan is quite vast and sites can be far from each other. I would recommend this location!

Central location and clean room, but we found the choice of breakfast is limited. We stayed for 4 nights and almost identical meals served every morning.
