The hotel has an amazing view and the location was excellent, but the lack of basic amenities is why I rated it poorly. I requested that the air conditioning be fixed three separate times. The first two times, I was told someone would come take a look, but no one ever showed up. The third time, I was told the air conditioning only turns on when it’s hot outside. It was 83°F (28°C) that day. What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty and effort to address the issue. If the air conditioning was broken, I would have appreciated being told the truth and offered some form of accommodation. They couldn’t even provide a fan. I also wasn’t the only guest experiencing this problem. During my stay, I heard multiple guests complaining to the front desk about the lack of air conditioning. The view was fantastic, but poor communication and the failure to provide a functioning air conditioner made the stay disappointing.

The hotel property is so beautiful and the room was so spacious, we had an amazing view. Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was excellent, we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We loved the artwork on the walls and the relics throughout the hotel. The pool was in a picturesque area overlooking the mountains, along with breakfast in the morning with the same view. We would love to visit in the winter sometime. It would be the perfect setting for that area. Overall, a great experience.
