The place was better than I expected, but the route to get to the room was a bit ridiculous, up the elevator across the skywalk go down the hall take another elevator down and across the hall

We just had a late stop as we were ultimately on way to Tahoe next morning. Good dinner and breakfast options plus good pools.

We stayed in the Tuscany Tower. Our room was super nice and spacious. We had the Mountain View vs the pool view. Our view was amazing and beautiful! The bathroom is very well spacious ! We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again

Beautiful just beautiful place to stay!! Me my wife and two kiddos enjoyed our selfs for the night everything was clean and spectacular! Was a little confusing cause it’s so big and we’ve never been but I found my way being a housekeeper and site host myself in Mount Shasta!
