The property was great. The room was so out of date. It still had yellow fixtures in the bathrooms. That was very disappointing.

We chose the Suncoast mostly for its location near our daughter's home. It is very spacious, and offers many of the same amenities you'll find at hotels on the strip. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, I gave it 3 stars because it is showing its age in some ways, but they are doing renovations right now which should perk the place up. I didn't care for the cigarette/cigar smell permeating the main floor (smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere in Vegas), but the rooms are non-smoking and didn't smell. We would have liked to be able to access the pool for longer - currently it's only open until 8 pm. Other pros: self parking was included and there were plenty of spaces in the parking lot, a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a good variety of other restaurants, check in and out were very easy, and our room had beautiful views of the golf course, ponds, and mountains. Overall, I recommend the Suncoast!

Second stay at Suncoast. They are currently under going a renovation to the casino and soon to be the rooms. They say it should all be done by the end of the year. So you may see some construction. Everyone was super nice and helpful however. Good location and has everything you need.

Two night stay. Staff member that checked us in was friendly and informative. Room exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and clean. View was spectacular. Only negative would be it could stand a good updating. Toilet and tub are 1960s gold but functional. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. No noise from hall or adjoining rooms. Parking is free and plentiful. Ate at cafe twice. Food was decent. Portions were large. Servers were good. Ate at steakhouse one dinner. Service was good. The food did not compete with other local steakhouses in this price range.

The construction happening right now is overwhelmingly noisy and disrupts a peaceful stay. The elevators weren’t clean and seemed run down with one not operating during my stay. The cafe front person seemed more interested in managing logistics despite two customers standing in line to order. I walked away and made other plans for that meal. Hopefully these upgrades bring the revenue needed to remodel the bathroom bathrooms, because the yellow 1970s-like toilet and tub are hard to look at, even though they’re clean. I would urge Suncoast to do better and adjust their pricing while this construction is happening. I won’t be back unless the prices are are more commiserate to the experience.

The TVs in the room were so small you couldn’t see the program that you were trying to watch the bathroom towels are so hard. They feel like car towels, sheets, bed, linen, hard and old need fabrics softener, shower tub old, tub drain fails to drain, no Kleenex no shower body-wash nor hair / conditioner , pillows so fla they should be thrown away
