Great location to Albert dock, town and bus station. Great that it had parking onsite (£11 a day). Friendly staff, clean comfy facilities. Nice to have a bar open til late and pool table etc. pretty quiet location. Would definitely stay again

Very clean, but looking tired, chair in the room splintering, wood surrounds (mirror, headboard etc) showing signs of wear. No hand towels. Staff helpful, breakfast adequate choice, hot. Bar, my choice of drink, cider, not available on draft only warm bottled, not chosen as it was during a heatwave !!

On entering the room it had a distinctive musty/ sour smell. Dirty looking stains on a well worn brown cord looking carpet. Whole room needs a freshening up and the carpet ripping up in my opinion. Plus side the bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom and shower adequate.
