I stayed here for five days, and the hotel’s location was perfect—very central and close to everything. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. While it’s not a five-star hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep every night. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location.

Location is good but the rooms need a little more maintenance. It rained the day that we stayed in and there was rain water all over the floor. The supervisor told us that it was not that bad and just left some towels to soak up the water. She never offered us a different room or even an apology. I will not go back to that hotel.

The location was good, but the rooms need a lot of upgrades. The stench of dirty linen was penetrant and the mold on the shower ceiling made it less inviting. The hotel needs to invest on new pillows, beds, curtis, and towels. We were a party of five and the two rooms we'd reserved had the same foul odor. The table was lopsided and the chair had dirty stains. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff at El Ejecutivo greatly enhanced my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant personnel, every team member demonstrated attentive service, respect, and professionalism. The food at the restaurant was excellent! The building and facilities appear dated. However, they are maintained in working condition, and while some repairs could be more refined, the facilities remain functional.

The room was fairly big and was clean, and cleaned each day. I never used the restaurant area, or was too sure where it actually was! For a hotel in a World Cup host city not to have the TV channels available that were showing the games was pretty ridiculous!
