This hotel is not in a safe area. The room was hot and the thermostat is only controlled by hotel, and room was tiny for 3 people.

Small room but this is Paris so not too unexpected and does the job, the bed itself was very comfy; bedroom would have benefited from bedside tables, and lamps instead of hanging lights; the breakfast options were okay but I've had better selections at other IBIS hotels, and it was very warm in the breakfast room as it was located next to the kitchen with little ventilation. A very convenient location near Gare de I'Est and Gare de Nord stations. Does the job and I would stay here again, but nothing extraordinary.

The room was not as advertised. Extremely filthy carpet. The was a hole in the wall that was fixed. Very underwhelming experience. For the money they are charging the minimum expectation is cleanliness. If i could i would ask for the refund.

I could enjoy staying with my family. We are satisfied with the room and hospitality. I think it's a good point that breakfast starts at 6:30. I think they understand what the need of visitor is. I have only one point to improve preparing for lots of crepes.
