Nice location with the railway station across the street, other transportations, restaurants and stores downstairs or around. Very nice hotel staff. Spacious and neat hotel room.

Old style hotel close to main rail station. The rooms are not big but they are comfortable, well maintained and room noise is minimal. Good to see that rooms have a kettle, a fridge, an iron and an ironing board. Small lifts and long queues at reception. Lovely views from roof top bar. Good breakfast but don’t try to get there early as the lifts for the 10th floor are only turned on when breakfast starts.

I didn’t realize there was a Sokos department store in the hotel building. Great shopping. Also has a great restaurant and 24hr market next door. Being across the street from the train station was fantastic.

Very centrally located. Comfortable bed. Walking distance for everything. I am glad to have taken the breakfast option because it’s so prettily arranged. It is a feast for the eyes with all the variety. I really recommend the breakfast option which is extra. If possible get a higher floor because the view is nicer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with many plant-based options, especially fresh fruits. The room was clean and offered a view of the city. I loved the balcony on the 10th floor as well. It is centrally located, with major attractions within walking distance; the central station is just across the street, and the Kamppi bus station is also nearby. It is connected to a department store and a 24-hour supermarket. Shopping centres such as Citycentre Mall, Forum, and Kamppi Helsinki are close by. I will stay here again.

Amazing staff! Very convenient location right across from the Grand Station; breakfast offers excellent options. Very small elevators; if you are claustrophobic, the staff gives you access to a staff elevator. Highly recommend this hotel.

From check in with the wonderful Raphine who welcomed us warmly and explained everything, to the comfortable and clean room and bathroom and especially the fabulous breakfast with so many delicious choices, this hotel exceeded all expectations. In addition, the location across from the railway station was ideal. So very happy we chose this hotel.
