Room and bathroom were spacious. There was not shower curtain so water got onto floor making it slippery. Valet parking was useful and staff were helpful and polite. Service was prompt when we asked for assistance. Location was near to shopping and food.

Good location for Jeju City, and tour pick ups to explore Jeju island. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Jeju airport, so it is very accessible. The nearby area has many shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and straight forward. The hotel room was spacious, with a very large bed and the air con worked very well. However, the room shower was a bit grubby. Our room had an electronic clothes styler, which I was interested to try, but when I opened the door it smelled of damp, so I didn't want to use it. Breakfast was mostly savoury Korean/Asian offering, some of which did not suit a western palate (but I saw other guests enjoying the food). Overall, this was a good value hotel, close by nearby amenities and good access to the airport. It was very convenient for tour pick ups from the nearby Lotte Duty Free store.

No time for breakfast as had to book before and pricey. Not much vegetarian options. A/c not efficient. Room very warm despite setting temp to 20. No extra toilet roll. Otherwise nice central hotel.
