Awesome place in the middle of everything! Great breakfast. Would stay here again. Cold a/c

Our initially room was in unacceptable condition. The musty smell, loud air-contioning. There was no hot water in the bathroom on the second level. The upper shower was pouring water through the ceiling into the first floor bathroom. We had to pack and move to a different room in the middle of the night.There is no coffee machine or ice. The receptionist said that this was not a common practice in Europe. We travel a lot and coffee machines and ice upon request are available.The safes did not work in any of the four rooms our party of 6 used. Be aware that the rooms facing the alley are very noisy. At 6am every morning there is an awful construction noise that makes ot impossible to fall back sleep.Very disappointing experience. The manager offered us a free breakfast of 150 euro discount for the nightmare we had to experience on our first night there. The compensation was not adequate. There are plenty other hotels you can choose that seemed contemporary and well kept in the center of Brussels.

Great location in the heart of Brussels. The entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant, which has great pancakes but none of the famous Belgian waffles. Room was small and didn't have a mini-fridge, but it was clean and air conditioned. When I leaned out the window, I could see the town hall spire. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay outside the city. Very safe, and non-touristy. Excellent staff and amenities. Very roomy for Europe. Will definitely return here.

The staff was super helpful. always ready to help. I recommand.
