The television cable was poor quality and tv pictures poor quality

Lamp didn’t work, I had to clean the toilet & tub before I used it as there was visible dirt, etc.
I booked for the week but had to have my key reprogrammed several times as evidently they only programmed for one day at a time.
No room cleaning—mine was “accidentally” missed.
Police involved incident w a swat door shield, having to break into a room, had bins, gloves, additional police “clean up”. Videoed police breaking into a vehicle in the hotel parking lot right outside my window.
Cardboard lined elevator—didn’t look temporary.
Staff kept saying my room # out loud while the lobby was full! Made me feel very unsafe! & I told the staff that.
Rooms had dead bolt lock, but no additional lock as you see in the vast majority of other hotels.
I was told I could not break my stay due to paying in full via Expedia.

You can tell the place has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet, new floors, and nice tile walls. TV did not work. Internet connection was horrible, breakfast was just cold cereal, coffee was old, air conditioning was low functioning and bedsheets felt worn out. Staff was very polite and they worked hard to keep it clean. It felt sketchy with homeless people sleeping outside.

The room was not ready after we checked in. We waited 45 min in the hall for room to be cleaned. Room was very clean. But, the TV did not work, very poor lighting, and no refrigerator. This was an issue because I'm a diabetic and need to keep my insulin refrigerated. Went down for breakfast and all it was was individual cereals, bread for toast and hostess mini donuts. Not recommended.
