Stayed on the continental floor. Angela the manager was extremely friendly and helpful as always. The staff in the dining room were friendly. Only downside was buffet food was hit and miss with temperature. Cleaning staff extremely friendly, and were worried when I said not to worry about cleaning room for 1 day. Overall all staff a very friendly, polite and helpful. Stayed in February and enjoyed the stay, so rebooked again this time.

Inside Big shopping mall, 8 minutes walk to Avenue of Stars, Nearby chain dining option ,Cafe de Coral with excellent breakfast,lunch , dinner . Near East Tsimshatsui Station for going to Austin Station- West Kowloon Station for Hi Speed Train to China. Besides 7 11 and shops.

I’m really surprised that this is a five star hotel because most it looks like a three star. The area is very updated and not clean, our bathroom had mould and hair in it so we went downstairs and they switched our rooms however although there was no hair, there was still quite a bit of mould in the bathroom showers. The service is nice as they delivered things to the room quickly, but the cost of things and how is labelled as five star stars is definitely not worth it and is untrue .

Such an awesome hotel, perfect location, short walk to the ferry, continental club on the 17th floor was brilliant to go to for a quiet relaxing environment after a day of hustle and bustle, highly recommend
