Staff were friendly and property is clean however this time in our room there were no hand towels in the bathroom only shower towels also there was not a ironing board or iron in the closet I have stayed at maayo many times this is a first for me that these items was not present myself and my wife slightly disappointed this visit . Hopefully this is not the hotels future practice

Pool was closed for renovation but nothing noted on there website I live in USA it was my girlfriend’s son b day so I gifted them 2 night stay to have fun at the pool he was very sad they just stayed in the room on there phones. no credit for future stay no help at all very disappointed bad company. Don’t care about people’s feelings. Orbitz contacted them and they said sorry no help at all. This is how they treat customers.

We booked 2 rooms for our week stay & this hotel was truly beyond our expectations- location was close to Mactan airport (10mins ) & restaurants ; clean, spacious rooms ; free , delicious daily breakfast buffet ; & the best , kindest , courteous & friendliest staff ever !!!

Very very noisy! I had to call down 3 times before I was taken seriously as there was banging, door slamming, arguing starting from 8pm -3 am. Despite calling I do not feel I was taken seriously. Also felt unsafe.

Room wasn’t very clean. We ordered two dishes in the main dining room and the sisig was over cooked to the point that it tasted burnt.
