Excellent location for visiting the historic sites and walking the old town. Rooms were neat and clean. Wish the towels were changed more often but this is a common issue with European hotels. If traveling in summer, the rooms have air conditioning which is great for Americans. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We plan to visit Vienna again and will be booking this hotel again. The location is fantastic, staff were incredibly helpful. We had many questions about the city and what to do and they were extremely helpful every time, and arranged to get us to and from the airport. Also the bartender at the hotel bar had some fantastic recommendations for delicious Austrian wine and whiskey. Would recommend that anyone stay here if they can.

Everything perfectly fine

Very convinient, charming plaće to stay close to main attractions

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stefanie. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Vienna. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant historic décor, antique furniture, vintage typewriters, old telephones, and charming decorative details that create a warm and timeless atmosphere.

It was a beautiful hotel with great food and great rooms

Todo fue excelente.

Centrally located, excellent breakfast, near Tram 2 and major subway lines.

A beautiful hotel with pedigree as the oldest hotel in Vienna! It was immaculate and our room described as a superior double had an enormous bed ( superking size as I couldn’t find my husband!) with a fab mattress and linens. The room was large and spacious and all needs catered for. The staff was great as we borrowed an umbrella several times, needed assistance due to breaking a glass and extra teabags . All dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and again the staff was efficient. The location was perfect as our daughter was living a street away, but was also in the lovely 2nd district with cafes and shops. Trams right outside and metros very close by to access further afield. Just over the bridge was the inner city 1st district, with lots that Vienna has to offer including the cathedral, shops and culture. A great hotel and we would love to stay again.
