The service of the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant & morning buffet was tasty, varied, appealing in appearance & taste. However, the Hilton Garden Inn we wanted to stay in was the one at Terminal 2 at physically at yhe airport. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport. We felt having both hotels with almost the same name was confusing & misleading for tourists. Though where we stayed was comfortable & clean with friendly, helpful staff, it was the convenience of being at the airport we wanted during our stay at Heathrow.

Upon arrival: Water was pouring in from the ceiling into a bucket near the guest elevators. During check-in, there was a „hard sell” (asked 2x during check-in) for me to buy dinner and/or breakfast at the hotel. Room smelled like moth balls — never experienced this at a hotel. Carpet was shabby, door frame was worn/damaged, bathroom floor was stained/discolored with a boot-print a permanent part of the stain/discoloration. Black mold on the shower tiles. Hotel needs a total revamp and routine cleaning/maintenance plan. (I documented the issues with my phone.) When I checked out, the clerk asked me how my stay was and I told him about the problems. The clerk apologized and said he would credit me 20 British Pounds Sterling. This is not the level of quality I’ve experienced at other Radisson Hotels.

Had no idea there were two Hilton Garden Inns at Heathrow😱 Of course we booked the wrong one but how stupid to have 2 hotels with the same name at one airport! Had to get a taxi to the right one and check in seemed a very slow and laborious process. Apart from that it was fine… bed very comfortable.

Perfect in every way! We had an early morning flight the next day, and this was the ideal place to stay since it was connected to Terminal 2. They even allowed us to keep a trolly in our room overnight to make transporting our luggage easier. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I like this hotel a lot. Conveniently picking up between the hotel and airport, only £7 each person . There is a nice restaurant and bar too.
