I have come here for years. Now they charge for the gym, and I really like the gym. But I'm not going to pay extra. I probably won't be back again. I was very disappointed this trip.

The staff was supportive and friendly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the newly renovated rooms were great, and even the older rooms were nice and spacious, I will definitely stay there again

The rooms were very nice, spacious, and the staff kept everything very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the location was fantastic, everything was walkable. I will recommend this to family and friends and stay there again

Ambassador Bird Garden main atrium has no birds. Nearby the swimming pool, for lack of birds, all the big individual cages, except one, had only one bird per cage. The bird exhibit is no longer an attraction, it just reflects lack of interest on the current management, as of April and May of 2026.
