Good, clean hotel. Good breakfast. The gym was small but it had everything I needed

the lifts can get crowded. Property is mainly used by coach tour operators.

Very welcoming staff at this location, and check-in was quick. I requested recommendations for a variety of things on my checklist and they were quite helpful. It didn't take long at all to get to the airport the next morning. And there were plenty of services available nearby.

Nice small lounge with coffee, drinks and food right off the lobby. They were overbooked and wanted to send me to another hotel but when I explained that wouldn't work because my tour bus was leaving from the hotel the next morning they were able to rectify the problem. Other than the glitch with overbooking, it was great.

I’d like to highlight how helpful Joice Vieira at the front desk was during my stay. She went above and beyond to make my first visit to Portugal memorable. She provided me with useful tips and a map to navigate the metro, which made it easy to get around and helped me feel comfortable and safe exploring the area. I truly appreciated the time she took to explain everything so clearly. I was also pleased that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage after check-out at no additional cost, giving me the chance to explore nearby areas without any hassle. The location is very convenient, with close access to the metro, convenience stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were very clean. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working during my stay, and unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone available at the time to assist. I had to sleep with the balcony door open due to the heat. Additionally, there is no private parking or garage available for guests with rental cars. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.

The hotel was in exactly the right location for us Sadly we had some poor experiences with some staff & room wasn’t always serviced
