No wash cloth/handtowels, no microwave and small fridge. We traveled with kids, we need a bit more counter space inside the bathroom. I'm also a work traveler, the work table space was too small.

Room was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the ladies name at reception on 03/06/2026 in the afternoon but she really went above and beyond and was super helpful and caring, especially with the wi-fi. Really recommend this hotel for solo travellers as it’s very safe and everyone is helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything (30ish mins) and there are tram and bus stops right outside.

Very well situated for trams etc Just across the river from Wawel, so nice and peaceful but still very connected. You can leave bags on last day - no problem Breakfast is very good (cost PLN59) Reception helpful with booking taxis etc I stayed there for 3 nights - bed was comfortable

Very nice clean room, bed was comfortable. We had a nice room with a view. Breakfast was good quality but not to our taste, great if you like salad and cake. Good location, trams and buses right outside. A bolt taxi to the airport was just under £10

Check in was so quick. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was a lot better than American hotel breakfast. Bus stop infront of the hotel. In would have been a perfect location if there’s a grocery/convinience store near by. Highly recommended!
