Room was super clean and quiet. Great shower and bed. Our room was small (lowest price) but still comfortable. The staff is wonderful. The location is close to Kyoto station and you can walk to it underground if you can figure out the path. Please put the directions in the hotel description. The breakfast buffet was decent.

Staff were friendly, willing to help and knowledgable. The room was clean, had great amenities, and great space. Breakfast was included and had a huge variety. The lobby was spacious and clean and had amenities as well. There was also a lounge with drinks, snacks, seats, and games. We had a great stay.

Rooms are tiny and one of two elevators was undergoing maintenance. Check in and check out is a little impersonal but the staff is quite helpful and kind.

Location is excellent. Due the renovation, there was only 1 elevator available for the guests and that’s a big issue especially in morning when people started to check out with luggages. This hotel does not provide like facial cleaning, mouth wash or any of the body lotions products like any other hotels that we have stayed in Japan.
