My recent stay at your establishment was highly satisfactory. The hotel's location proved exceptionally convenient, and the staff demonstrated remarkable helpfulness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and represented excellent value. I anticipate a return visit in the future.

Very nice ambiance. Clean room. Very nice staff. The only odd thing is there is no WiFi from midnight to 5am

This hotel is situated in an excellent location with easy access to restaurants, the train station, bus station & the stunning lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Hotel staff were super helpful and accommodating, providing good recommendations for restaurants in the area and assisting with other questions. I would recommend.

We had notified hotel in advance of our late flight and on arrival was given a room that was already occupied. We speculate that our higher floor room was given away to someone else so best to check in early. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels not on floor were reused, soft down pillows and fluffy towels were lovely. Nearby bakery and restaurants were great but a block or two heading to the train/metro station was a but sketchy. Just be cognizant and don’t go there at night Nearby bus station to hotel was great and city is very walkable.

Dp not stay here. Here's why: The ad claims that they have parking, they do not. You are on your own to find parking at a nearby garage, 2 of which were full on the Friday night we arrived, or find street parking. They do not help with parking. When I explained I specifically chose that hotel because they offer parking, their response was "Well, we don't have any." The elevator doors are not programmed well. The door closed too quickly, very forcefully, hitting my wife, nearly knocking her over and leaving a bruise on her arm. The room's air-conditioning did not work. Though it was about 20C in yhe evenings outside it was at least 28C in the room. We tried opening the window, turning on the AC nothing worked. We were up all night drenched in sweat. Neither the room phone nor the TV worked properly. The sink drain was clogged. The mini-fridge actually warms items instead of cooling them. The walls and floors are paper thin. Not only was sleeping difficult due to the heat, it was impossible when you can everything happening in the hotel. A toddler running down the halls, doors closing, conversations. Overall the place is just rundown and poorly cared for, with a staff that does not care.

Contemporary hotel. Great location that is an easy walk from the train station.
