The 8 person room is really spacious. Alot of space in between for luggage. The bunk head space is also plenty.

Great hostel, staff were helpful and spoke good english. Only negative the wifi on the 5th floor did not work very well.

Under genomsnittet The aircon is only allowed to adjust feom 25-28 degree, nothing lower according to the staff in charge n he say this is company policy. if required lower will neesd consent of all room mates to be agree. However, i do not think all room mates do not agree as thr room is really stuffy! although with a fan and the indication on the aircon still between 26-27 degree. I am sweating throughout the night. Just my luck staying in this terrible hostel.
Bed light is not working, nothing was done after feedback. Wifi cannot receive inside the room. Old and tired room.
Hot shower is not hot either. i bathe at 6am, unlikely alot people use it before me, i guess probably the company policy again to save energy.
Common area outside the room, stairways are without aircon.
So basically i am paying to stay in a hostel WITHOUT a bed light, hot shower n aircon and wifi which it suppose to provide.

Fantastiskt Good location near tbe hot spring.
Safe place to stay with roomkeys and lockers.

Toppen Just a 1 nite stayover (arrived 11.45pm - left 10am) after spending a few hours in the evening at the nearby hotspring ; so I can't exactly provide a very detailed experience. 1st impression : modern, warm & cosy. Friendly staff, spacious lounge at the basement. Cosy area on the ground floor for researching ur onward trip. Bkf included (bread, jam, coffee, tea).
