Arrived early morning, August 8 from US with Vietnamese girlfriend. We took grab to this location directly from Saigon airport. Staff did not answer the phone nor messages for nearly an hour. My girlfriend spoke Vietnamese luckily so we gained access the unit after nearly as hour. We found a different room - (no windows and tiny) than the 9!one I rented based on photos. Our electronic door would not lock so we shoved our luggage in front of the door to try to lay down. Within an hour, at 7 am a construction crew brought in saws and drills and began to work in a noisy fashion non stop for 2 hours. We called the host and she agreed to give us back all of our money and we left. Then Expedia would not return my money. Do not book here!!! Huge mistake! They are a scam
