Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good but would have liked more local dishes.
Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay $40 a day for parking !

The property was brand new, clean, and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is their parking rate. As a local, doing a staycation, we are arriving with our car, and the rate seemed high.

Fantastiskt Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant.

I traveled with a dog; which they charged a substantial fee for even though my dog is well trained. Additionally, they placed another dog next door and that dog proceeded to bark knowing my dog was next door. Such a silly way to do business. Also there aren’t enough signs saying room numbers and elevators. And the lobby cools do with a partition to separate the only entrance/exit from this dining. The overall layout was strange.

Hotels.com advertised a king and twin bed suite w kitchen and balcony. No such room. Hotel gave us two queen bed suite w kitchen and no balcony. We stayed for two nights. The full day we were there the pool closed because someone threw up in it and they had to shock it.
Otherwise it was a nice hotel w decent staff but they should have given extra perks since they did not have what we wanted. Even if it was an extra night so we could enjoy the pool at least.
Hopefully they will get better at customer service. I would stay there again because the beds were very comfortable.
