Was greeted by friendly staff check in was a breeze very accomodating room spacious and everything I needed for a one night stay only issue I had was the wifi password on the key tag didn’t give me access to the free wifi bummer but otherwise Allg

I am unable to recommend this motel to anyone. I would highly recommend a number of training sessions in customer service and complaint handling and an improvement to their system.

Check in time is 2:00pm. Not a second before. You need to go to another motel to check in to this motel because there is no one onsite. The motel is very central. It was very clean. The accommodation is basic but fine for the price.

No warning that water was to be turned off. No water for 20 hours. Had to use public toilets. No shower until it came back on. No staff available most of the time. Don't answer phone when you ring. Door locks automatically so if you accidentally lock yourself out it's hard to get hold of staff. Only a hot car park to sit outside. Smokers in close proximity on either side of our room.
