We started in a clean and comfortable compact room, with helpful staff, easy electronic check-in and check-out procedures, and helpful amenities like free slippers and laundry machines (with detergent). There are a number of great local cafes and restaurants, in addition to fun shopping along Orange Street, within walking distance to enjoy if staying as a visitor!

It's in a really good spot, near some of the main attractions, shops and metro station. If you don't want to use too much public transport, only an hour walk from Osaka main train station. On the other hand, our room was tiny, the bathroom was in a really awakward position and hard to kove around in and it was the same tap for the shower and the sink. We were told the cleaners came every 3 days but in 10 nights we had the room cleaned only twice. The system is a bit like an hostel, they have washing machines available and a little area where you can male a hot drink and warm something up in the microwave, but you have to buy everything yourself. They give you the toileteries. There is a small gym but not sauna. Our room was by an other building so when we openes the window we could only see the other building wall and the room had no really powerful lights. They have aircon. The staff was always polite and did their best using transalting systems to communicate with us.

The room was very small but clean. It had no view and window opened a crack only.

The hotel was clean, and check-in was self-service, but we could always find staff around if we needed help. One of the nice surprises was the free laundry, which was really convenient. Our room was the smallest one we experienced during our trip to Japan, but for a short stay—when you’re mostly out and just need a place to sleep—it was perfectly fine. On the plus side, the hotel had a beautiful lounge area where we spent most of our evenings. The room amenities could have been better, but considering the price, it was reasonable and good value overall. The only downside was the high humidity in the room. Our clothes and bedding always felt damp, almost slightly wet. We’re not sure why— the bathroom ventilation seemed to be constantly running, and we also tried adjusting the room’s air settings, but nothing really fixed it. Even the hallways felt humid. Still, for a few nights, it was manageable and overall an okay stay.

Positive The room was small, and the electric lock on the front door was tricky to open. The room was very clean, toothbrush and towels provided . This property is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to visit local restaurants and enjoy shopping. The area offers a lively nightlife and access to several designer shops within walking distance Negative Very little space available so difficult to move around if you have large suitcases. Booking in is from 4 pm and 10 am vacate, but you could leave suitcases chained to wall if you arrive early and want to go off.
