Under genomsnittetBodde hos familjen · För fritiden
If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected and uncomfortable—definitely not what was shown online. It honestly felt more like a shelter than a hotel. When we left early, we hoped for a partial refund for the two unused nights, but they refused. I’m not writing this out of anger, but I hope it helps others avoid the same experience. Please read this seriously before booking. A little research can save you from a lot of stress—and lost money.
