Great overall. The carpet in the hotel room was a bit dirty looking. Lots of stains and dusty in the bathroom. But onsen was great and clean. Staff was great and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hiroshima. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had every amenity we could possibly need, including purified drinking water in the room. We also appreciated that they even provided a luggage scale, which was incredibly helpful before the next flight if anyone needs it. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and were able to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel, which made our trip so much more convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This hotel is located few blocks east of Sapporo station, away from the main attractions. Surrounded by some of the rental car return facilities which is less fun area. Large guest rooms are some plus and their public bath are on the of the building with additional relaxing lounge. Unfortunately the evening hours during my visit were very crowded and I was not able to enjoy as much that I can able to do at other hotels. I had a small parking issue and stuck there 30min but finally resolved.

We stayed from June 14 to June 19 2026. We had two corner room suites that were spacious with views. We enjoyed the large in room tubs to soak at night and the breakfast buffet had us ready to tackle Hokkaido each morning. Having a Family Mart in the lobby and a Lawsons around the corner was convenient. Cons: The hotel was renovated just last year but the carpets in both rooms had noticeable stains. The hotel has only 3 washer/dryers and for a hotel its size it was a struggle to get a chance to use them. (We stalked the room television displaying its use/availability). It was also inconvenient that their front desk closed and that you had call from their landline to get a hold of someone during certain hours of the night/early morning.

Great property close to the station. We loved the spacious room and comfortable soaking tub in the bathroom. Most importantly was the onsen on the 25th floor. So relaxing after a long day. Sure wish they would loosen the No Tattoo aspect as so many people have tattoos these days.

Bunk beds were nice touch. High ceilings made the room feel more spacious
