We stayed three nights. The room was basic, bathroom was decent except the toilet seat was barely hanging on. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent. It was a nice walkable area with many bars and restaurants around. The hotel was close enough to the night market, Phlu Si and many other restaurants. We had no complaints. They do have a great happy hour buy one beer Lao get one free. That was a bonus!

Very nice and very small hotel, at a very good position in the historic quarter. Walking distance to everything.
Good breakfast and staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.. Downside (if any) rooms are smallish, but otherwise nice..

Very friendly staff, clean cozy room with a great view and walking distance to many sights, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again !!

Really like the place, the staff is super helpful. Breakfast is basic but good enough. The area is located right in the centre of the city. There are multiple options to go for lunch or dinner. I really like to stay.
