First they say “ check out is automatic “ in a text sent earlier in process. Then later in day they say we have to text them the word” out”. Confusing system they created.

It's a good hotel. It's great having an indoor waterpark in case the weather is not in your favor but the nickel and diming gets old fast and the food is horrible. There are absolutely better waterpark hotels out there such as the Grove Resort in Orlando.
