Fantastiskt Can’t fault the hotel everything you need for a few nights away. Very close to the station and shops. Will definitely come back here again

Bra Decent location but that is about it. The room was could have done with some repairs, the heated towel rail impeded the toilet and the shower pressure was rubbish.

Where to start with this one!
The pictures on Expedia don't match the room, the hotel when you check in is split into two hotels so I'd assume the pictures on the website are from the other hotel.
The room we got was very old, the floor was very uneven - drawers even opened by themselves was that bad. Shower was just a trickle when fully turned on. Was rubbish left in the room from someone else. Walls and windows were dirty. Locking system for the door was very odd and not very secure... Actual sheets and towels were fresh and clean though.
Even as low a price as this was, I've stayed at another hotel in the centre for less and was significantly better.
Could not recommend this place at all.

Under genomsnittet Our friends booked in the night before. They walked out again after going to their room with mould on the walls water stains on walls crack on window shower head had mould hairs on bed

The hotel needs updating but was OK. The bed was two single mattress pushed together and they did not fit together very well. It was not easy to find as the name is not displayed on the street in front of the property. The person at the reception was the sole exception, he was very helpful and professional.

Liked nothing. Staff were terrible. Supposedly booked in to a deluxe room. You could not swing a cat in the room. A refund would be nice from Expedia!!!!

Booked the highland hotel but it was the Brentwood I had the room in,I don’t think there is a highland hotel now. Room was okay to just sleep in, more like a hostel
