A very comfortable place to stay. The staff are attentive and polite. Restaurant is good. The coffee bar is also good. Underground secure private parking. Many cheap very good street restaurants nearby. Having stayed a few times now it feels like a second home to me.

Considering the price, I found the space rather small. Additionally, the temperature knobs in the bathroom sink and shower were backwards (which may cause a problem with younger children), and the hot water itself was SUPER HOT! Attempts to regulate the temp was unsuccessful. It ran ICE COLD or PIPING HOT and would stay warm for just seconds. I found myself timing and hurrying to utilize the shower during the brief warm periods. I'm not sure if that's due to being on the top floor or not but it was a major inconvenience.
