We were upgraded to a suite. Hotel was very nice I recommend it to all my family . Buffet was amazing

It was a good hotel with good amenities but definitely overpriced and there was no blue for the money paid. Otherwise the experience was good.

We went for honeymoon trip. Great resort. Great service. Great vibe. Don't hesitate like me and just book it !

This hotel is wonderful however my reviews on a few areas Room: we booked a family room it’s very small if you have older kids and only 1 bathroom which is hard so go for a bigger room but it does cost a lot more. Also it’s

Restaurants

We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall we had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. The rooms, the property, and everything around us felt fresh and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only areas I think could improve are the pool/beach food options and room service. When you are spending the day swimming, it would be nice to have more easy snack options available near the pool or ocean. Most of the time we had to dry off, change, and go to a restaurant just to get something to eat. Other than small things like chips, there were not many choices. Room service was also not my favorite. Even though the hotel is all-inclusive, room service had an extra charge and everything was priced in euros, so just be prepared for that. I also felt the room service food quality could be better. Other than those small things, we loved the hotel, the cleanliness, and the overall experience. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend it!

The room was absolutely perfect. Had a view of the Pools, Mountains, Sea and Beach! Staff absolutely amazing. Have no words for how wonderful they were. Food amazing especially in the A la cartes.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely big reception area, lovely restaurants and pools, nice beach area and rooms. What lets this hotel down is the chaotic buffet. No one sits you down so it’s a free for all and sometimes you can’t get seated. One al a carte meal in 10 days isn’t good enough. We like being served and having a menu so having to eat at the buffet mainly was disappointing.
