We really liked staying here. You get daily room claening, lundry service and staff are helpful :)

This hotel is excellent! Theres a lot of restaurants close by and the staff are helpful and friendly. Theres rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The laundry service is free :)

진짜 행복한 하루를 보내고 왔습니다. 센스있는 인테리어와 깨끗한 객실까지! 늦은 체크인이었는데도 친절하게 맞아주셔서 감사합니다. 아침도 정말 너무 알차게 잘먹고 놀다갑니다. 실장님께서 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 있는내내 행복이었습니다^^ 대구에 놀러오면 무조건 여기입니다!ㅎ

Situé très à l'extérieur de Daegu, et donc plutôt au calme (relatif), il n'en est pas moins entouré d'une solide offre de restauration, cafés, karaokés et même de possibilités de shopping. Hôtel très correct avec un petit-déjeuner très complet.

The staff were really amazing. They helped me find my passport that I lost, and did my laundry. They also helped me get a taxi and make meals. This is an excellent place to stay.

시설은 깨끗한데 방이 넘작고 침구가 별로.. 조식도 그냥 보통이하정도 2박했는데 냉장고에 넣어둔 맥주가 사라짐----

It’s good for short stay; clean, quite, safe, good amenities and convenience

Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 Hotels.com said they would follow up by email within 72 hours, which they didn’t. Room fairly spacious but bed quite uncomfortable. Bidet in bathroom 🚽 but towels directly above toilet 🚽 Bit of a pet peeve as one doesn’t know which was cleaned first. No one at front desk when checking in or when we came down for breakfast. Guess we know why no one answers the phone ☎️ Breakfast in the adjacent building so you may have to go outside. Fairly good. No staff so you help yourself. Even with the booking issue, I was attempting to keep my business 💰 with Hound hotels 🏨 Stayed in a Hound hotel in Busan with a much better experience. Standard of service was so poor here that not only would I not return, I’d be unlikely to choose other Hound hotels 🏨
