My experience at this hotel was average. On the plus side , hotel was clean and well maintained and it is conveniently located near the airport. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However there are several drawbacks. They don’t provide microwave service in their rooms and there is not any study room or desk as advertised.The breakfast options are limited to a repetitive menu, mostly South Indian food. They also don’t provide shuttle service as mentioned The strong scent in the reception area was also overwhelming.

Clean and specious room, very modern decor and building, helpful staff, -ve side — not easy to find, food portion is quite small compare to what you pay, delay in getting rooms ready

Clean and good

I was only using the room for a few hours to sleep before an early flight. I booked a single room and knew it might be small but this has to be the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I struggled opening my suitcase to get some bits out. Sharing so others are aware. It was fine for a few hours but nothing longer. Check in was great and looked a lovely hotel overall.

Very clean and reasonably priced room before a flight from Mumbai. Convenient to airport. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Vigia was one example.

Great hotel for airport stopover. Modern, clean room. Will use again. Good value too 😁
