The spa wasnt open , the restaurant wasnt open . Both showers leaked , But , overall very nice and quiet . The A.C. worked good .

This place photographs beautifully, but sadly, it's built next to an open-air dump and the smell is so terrible it gave me a crippling migraine within hours. We had to leave after the first night, losing the money we paid for a week's stay, which the hotel refused to refund despite knowing perfectly well what the issue is. Expedia was no help either. Save your vacation and for god's sake, avoid this place!

The ocean view king room is in a state of disrepair. The balcony door does not latch, so a slide lock was added but this does not seal it enough to keep out the stink from the sewage treatment plant. Blinds covered in handprints, grubby walls, water damaged main door, heavily corroded bathroom mirrors, no hot water and a very sad breakfast to boot. We prepaid for one week and left after one night - the property refused any refund (all the booking options we saw were non-refundable) BEWARE.

No one at desk to check in. Our shower leaked out onto floor, you had to let water run 15 min to get warm, no plug in outlets beside either side of bed, no wash cloths, only 1 hand towel. No dresser or shelves to put clothes, only a small wardrobe with 4 hangers. No coffee pot. No response from management to date.Stayed 1 night out of 7! Left!
Contacted Expedia, they contacted hotel and hotel refused to refund!

Pro:The room was always cleaned. The view from the balcony was incredible. The staff were very kind and as helpful as they could be. Accomodations were made when possible.
Con: had to ask for a blow dryer for the room. We had spotty Internet at best, which meant TV did not work. Advertisement says fridge in room - no. And no hot water in shower.
