The people at the front desk were very kind and courteous. They were incredibly helpful and made navigating Seoul much easier for me.

The room is very clean. Amenities are provided. It is right in the Center of all the shopping galore in Myeongdong. I’ll stay here again if I ever come back to Seoul.

Room is cleaned, they address any issues or concerns right away. Staff is courtesy, respectful and very helpful. Hotel is in the middle of shopping and night market activities.

Can’t beat this place. If you prioritize a great location in the center of Myeongdong that’s quiet with fresh towels, great hot water pressure, and cold AC, then look no further from this place. I’ve stayed at a lot of places around the world, but this by far is the best value for what you get. Check in was a breeze. The room we have was a perfect size for our family of 4.

Staff were extremely helpful and location was great

Not much could be better. Right in the heart of the market. Expect more walking than ubers in this area. Lots of people in the afternoon and evenings.

The location was super convenient in the myeongdong area. Staff was helpful with airport van transfer and troubleshooting with the washer machine.

I booked the hotel based on the central location. Everything was walkable From the hotel, or it was a close walk to the subway. The selling point for this hotel is the staff. From the time we got there to hotel check out, the staff paid attention to our needs and was very proactive about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We got there early and the hotel saw how exhausted and tired we were and they made accommodations to get a room ready so we could rest. They also took all of our luggage and stored it for us in a secure area. There was a dayshift male manager that was working alone. He paid attention to everything and went out of his way to walk us to recommended eateries and stores. This hotel is a boutique hotel with minimal staffing and amenities but the staff they have here made the stay memorable.

Perfect hotel , right in the centre of myeongdong , local to the trainstations too

Clean, no frills hotel. Great location in the middle of shopping, easy to drop off shopping bags to room. Kiosk check in/out, there is a staff member in the room next to it if you need help.
