The staff were incredibly attentive and professional. The doorman, however, could be more proactive in assisting guests. I wasn’t expecting much from the breakfast, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The variety and quality were outstanding. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service at the front desk—especially Isabella. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask. Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly commend the management for having such a standout team member at the front desk.

Quite literally the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional. Everything about the space is highly considered. Wonderful!

Staff, facilities and food was excellent!

Big clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Hotel is in a mall with many shops and dining options. What more can you ask for from a hotel when on vacation. Perfect!

Nice location and classic four seasons service. As a new hotel, some of the staff seems new to work, but I can see them trying their best to accommodate.
