Very clean and comfortable. Affordable and only a short walk from Wakayama train station. Buffet breakfast included. Shopping conveniently connected to the station. Grocery store close by.

ocation : around 7 min walk to the nearest station Wakayama. 5 min walk to the convenience store . Room: the room is not very big even though WAKAYAMA is not a big city. In general rooms in Osaka and Tokyo got very small room. Breakfast: free breakfast. The quality and variety is better than I expected even though it is free of charge. Staff: nice staff Highly recommended for budget traveller

Close to the station and buses, our hotel room was small but clean and comfortable. The foyer lacks comfortable seating and consists of a series of tables for breakfast, which is free. Unfortunately the hotel appears to be .more like a hostel.
