We had such a wonderful stay at 7c Villa hotel. The staff were incredible — so kind, thoughtful and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made the whole experience feel very special. The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with a great location as well. The food and wine were also fantastic and honestly exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed by the care and quality in everything they do. Would absolutely love to return.

The outdoor bath was amazing but the whole hotel was a wow. Quiet garden beautiful interior and just what you need to relax Mount Fuji 🗻 is only 1000m away from the best vantage point

So glad we got a night here! Very unique and peaceful experience. Just one of a kind and you have to experience yourself

The room is really cleaned and they

The staff was wonderful in helping set up special touches for our stay. The private onsen was spectacular, the room itself was clean and comfortable. This was our favorite stay during our honeymoon in Japan by far, we will be highly recommending this to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of staying at 7C Villa and Winery near Mount Fuji, and it was nothing short of spectacular. This property delivers on every front - from the beautiful villa setup to the professional staff who clearly take pride in their work. The Good:Stunning location with Mount Fuji proximity, Exceptional attention to detail throughout the propertyHigh-quality amenities and accommodationsProfessional, caring staff who go the extra mile; food prepared : for both breakfast and dinner, it is Michelin star quality but reasonable price ! The Exceptional: What truly impressed us was their customer service after our stay. I accidentally left my iPhone in the room, and the staff didn't just find it - they coordinated delivery to my Tokyo hotel the next day, arriving just before my international flight! This kind of proactive, thoughtful service is what transforms a great stay into an unforgettable experience. The winery aspect adds a lovely touch to the overall experience, and the entire property feels like a well-curated retreat. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making this perfect for couples seeking a premium getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a top-tier experience near Mount Fuji.

Good

7c staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs. They really strive to accomplish the desired atmosphere of the place and provide a relaxing environment for their guests. The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko area as a whole.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The staff was incredible, the food and wine for dinner was amazing, breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, the amenities are beautiful, and we even got to use complimentary bikes to explore the town and see some great views of Mt. Fuji. Overall 12/10 experience. Highly recommend this stay! We will be back!

This location is absolutely lovely; the private hot tub is incredibly relaxing, especially with the garden view. I appreciate the breakfast delivery service, allowing for a meal at my preferred time, and the inclusion of wine or juice (the wine was particularly delightful). It was a very comfortable stay overall. It's been the most pleasant accommodation I've experienced.
