Good location, but you get what you pay for, rooms were too hot and there were 2 toilets for 4 dorms…

Good location, staff nice , hotel furniture is too old Room not very clean , shower drain backup most problems this hotel no maintenance

AC was fine. Bed was good enough. Staff was wonderful. Not expensive l, anda block from the beach. No bugs, everything was relatively clean. For the price it is excellent. I would stay again.

I stayed in VIP2 - an apartment for nine days. I have been coming to Da Nang for longer stays for a few years - this is the best for my needs of all the many places I have stayed. I had a separate bedroom from the kitchen, full sized fridge and stove. The location is perfect, on a quiet side lane just one block back from the beach with easy beach access and Highlander coffee on the corner. No noise issues. The shared open lounge room at the entrance to the hotel was a great place to work or chill and had a microwave. The cleaners were exceptional, even cleaning my personal dishes (they shouldn’t have!). I will probably stay longer next year.

This might be the first time I've written a bad review for a hotel. I usually don't expect much except for cleanliness and things to work. The first room I got shower flooded after just a few minutes of shower. The shower head was not properly attached. The second room had the same issues in the bathroom and did not have a mirror. The room lights flickered. The laundry service lost a piece of clothing. You can hear every little noise from outside. The staff did what they could to help so I have nothing bad to say about the service. But overall the hotel is in very poor condition. I booked for one week and left after the first night. The best part of the stay was checking out.

Just a blah place. Biggest concern is that the air conditioning only works when the keycard is inserted upon entering room, thus the room gets hot & takes time & energy to recool

I enjoyed stay there. The room was nice and cleaned. The staff was very friendly, helpfull and courteous. For sure I will come back again.

A very good hotel!! We stayed here for about a month the bed is very comfortable and big! Big fluffy blanket too! The shower was amazing, stayed warm for a long time! The staff were also very nice! I will absolutely be staying here again and will highly recommend anyone to stay here its a nice peaceful area, quiet. There was a nice big desk very useful, big closet, the fridge didnt work but i had no reason to really use it everything else made my stay great

It is a nice location, the hotel is nice and looks clean. To be honest I didnt even spend the night because the dorm size is ridiculous. I had a bed on top and I was trying to unpack standing up between the 4 beds as there is barely enough space for the suitcase. So I had to take my suitcase out in the hallway to make it easier. I asked if they had something better but they told me no so I moved out
