Great overnight stay for Bruno mars concert on 28th July . Ark Wembley is just a 5 minute walk to Wembley stadium. The room was spacious and clean, air-conditioning was great as it was a hot day/night so very much needed. Norman on reception was so helpful and friendly thank you Norman for easy check in. The room we chose was a superior studio with a full kitchen , Kettle ,coffee, tea sugar and milk was available also there was washing up items too as well as shampoo body wash in bathroom I would definitely stay there again 10/10 location was great 5 minutes and you are outside Wembley stadium .

Room was really clean and kitchen was great. Would have been good to have a sachet of washing up liquid to clean any cutlery/crockery used. There was also no bath mat for getting out of the shower. Pillows were quite soft and low, bed was right next to the window

Paid £387 for a superior room, bedroom curtains were broken, there was a hole in the the kitchen floor area and the room absolutely stank of heavy smoking. I complained and they were able to move us to a very small room that thankfully did not smell as terrible as the first one. I have messaged the property and received no response at all. The window of the room was open when we arrived so they were obviously hoping it would air out but it was unbreathable in there.

Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh.

Ark was a wonderful place, nicely decorated and great location next to Wembley Stadium. The room was perfect with lots of amenities. James at Reception was very helpful, our air con was broken in 32C London heat so as compensation he waived parking charges for 2 nights. The fact that there is parking on site is a bonus. Loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed drinks up there with city views. Very clean thrpughput. Has great additions such as communal work areas, kitchen, gym, entertainment room. Great place, value for money and would definitely return. Thank you
