Staff was very helpful. If you get a room facing the ancient city, it's beautiful.. sunrise (facing east) and night view. The hotel position is at the hill top of the Ancient City with the hotel entrance just a few steps to the stairways leading to the ancient city.. inaccessible to the wheelchair bound folks. It is better to have the hotel arrange for your transportation to the hotel as it is difficult to find. If you make your own way there, they will provide you with another hotel's address (where the taxi can drop you off), then they'll pick you up from there (you have to call them when you arrive). You'll also need help with your luggage as the pathway leading to the hotel is not user friendly and there are steps down leading to the hotel entrance. Breakfast, it's simple... don't expect a good meal. They can help you with online purchases (food or anything) with delivery within the hour upto 10 pm... this is exceptionally fast and efficient.

We had booked 2 nights. But we liked it so much we stayed 2 more nights. It's a nice place, far enough away from loud bar scene to be peaceful. The employees are all wonderful and so nice! Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay overall. The hotel is in a really nice location within the resort, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Small but charming hotel. The property sits on a higher elevation so it has a very nice view of the mountain. Peaceful and calm.

Took me a bit of effort to find so do your navigation before arriving. Baidu map didn't help as it point me to the opposite side near the south entrance. Otherwise, great place and service

The hotel is clean and neat but the climbing the stairs to the hotel entrance is a challenging problem.

Conveniently located in the Old Town. But climbing up the stairs carrying luggages is very challenging for the seniors. It is not recommended for the seniors/people with mobility problems.

A beautiful inn with the most helpful staff.
