Had giving me a bad room. The socket did not work. Complained about the bad room but had to pay extra for new room.

Dirty

The person at the front desk would not let me check in until nearly 5:pm. And 24hoyrs after arriving in the room i became very sick. I was not able to attend any of my planned activities. And the room had dirty wet towels in the restroom. And most of the common surfaces did not seem to be cleaned much at all

The staff, one of them didn't speak a word of English, the second one (the next day) spoke English and was very polite, the place was hard to find but clean and comfortable.

Bathroom shower head was smashed and broken. Dirty and broken walls. Uncomfortable bed which was had to sleep in. Far from tourist areas. Poor power from plugs.

Great hotel, staff are lovely and rooms are all really big and comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice now and will stay again in the near future.

We had a good stay, the hotel could’ve been cleaner and it would help if they updated the rooms. The room was big but bathroom was very small. Bed was very comfy, would stay again if I had to be in that area but overall very far from all restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment was as expected. But the dryer was not working, the freezer needs defrosting and there was no daily housekeeping. But overall for the price I am satisfied. I wish the kitchen had a cooker and toaster.

The place was so dirty, the shower door was broken and very tiny barely can fit in and, I booked for 8 days stayed only 2 days without any refund left the place no help from Expedia. No communications, not really as in the picture the stuff told me they don’t offer anything only Expedia can talk with them about the deal. Never book this place and be careful with your booking it’s not really what u see in the pics.

At the check-in, we arrived at 9pm, they did not want to let us to our room because they could not receive the payment from Hotels.com I showed them that the payment was taken from my credit card and told them that they should resolve this with Hostels.com, but the reception did not let us in. We waited for around 1 and half hour. At the end we reached hostels.com by phone and they resolved. EVEN though we booked a room with two beds, the reception guy gave us a room with one bed and told us he cannot do anything about this. Not even apologies... The room was not the one we booked and it was downstairs. Hotel was noisy Overall that was a horrible experience!
