The pool was broken and not usable. We came down for breakfast this morning, only to find they did not have a breakfast prepared for some reason.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a couple small issues the first night but they were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely stay here again!

The Breakfast needs improvement there was alot of missing items at 7am,
and by 8:30 it was completely out, i was told it was gonna be replenished.

The location is excellent as it is close to shopping and a variety of restaurant options. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay at this location in the future if I am ever in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and modern. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were pretty much standard and can be limited for someone who doesn't eat eggs or dairy. However, overall, it was money well spent and good value for money.

I was greeted promptly by Lilly whose smile and charm made us feel at home immediately. Each time Lilly saw me she greeted me by name, WOW. When I was employed as a recruiter Lilly would have been the individual I would seek to hire.
I hope headquarters is aware of what a fantastic employee they have.
PS room and breakfast were great.
