In a heatwave Aircon is worth a lot. This hotel is modern and the basic fabric is good. Details however are poor - windows that don't close properly, courtesy trays not topped up for example. Staff are pleasant but lack focus so we had to play hunt the towel in the spa. Staff comment was " Someone must have used them". So, replace them! On checkout there were no staff around so I dumped the key ( I'd paid the bill the day before) only for a waiter to rush over demanding room details.

Lovely room and hotel, a long downhill walk to the centre, you have to pay to use the pool. Great breakfast in a stylish setting.

Clean, spacious room. We can see the town of Rouen with its cathedrals and can even watch the sunset from our room. The staff members were super helpful and very friendly.
